Can i apply for Australian immigration with this IELTS bands and education?

Well, it seems that your question is incomplete as you haven’t described the purpose for which you want to immigrate to Australia. There are various visa categories under which you can apply such as Study Visa, General skilled migration visa. So, prior to moving to Australia you need to be clear about your goal that you want to achieve.

On the other hand, if you wish to settle in Australia on a permanent basis, then a minimum of 7 bands in the IELTS language proficiency test is required. Also, as mentioned, your scores are very low in graduation.

So, in this case all you can do is go for a Master’s degree and side by side start practicing for the IELTS so that you can gain more scores in that.
